The Environment was one of the original topics on the J&P Group's list of priorities from its inauguration. The group started discussions on this subject in July 2008. It decided to prepare a paper covering ideas which might be relevant to the parish of St James'. The final version of the paper was completed In November at which point the group formed its Environmental Working Party (or EWP).
The full paper can be read here and there is a quick summary shown below. The EWP will publish minutes of its meetings and report progress through the website and in Briefly. Fr Bryan has been very supportive of this initiative and attends meetings whenever his other commitments allow.
