The St James’ Parish Register

We try to keep a record of our parishioners’ basic details such as name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as the names of their children.  This information is used by Fr David and the parish administrator, mainly so that people can be contacted when queries arise. It also helps with the planning of parish activities and facilities if these details are known.

Please note: your contact details will never be passed to anyone, nor used to contact you through any automatic process, without your prior consent.

The Archdiocese of Southwark [‘the Diocese’ – registered charity with the charity number 1173050] is committed to ensuring that the information we hold about parishioners and others is properly and securely managed in accordance with legal requirements on data protection and direct marketing.  You can find out more about how we use your data from our abridged Privacy Notice which is available on the parish website.  You can read the full Diocesan Privacy Statement here
