Social Centre activities Firm Believers fun fitness
The inter-church fun fitness group meets in the St James’ Social Centre. It took up residence on 05 September 2007, with several parishioners already members from the previous venue. When? Tuesdays in term time, 7.00-7.45pm, with drinks and chat afterwards. What? Mixed ability fun dance fitness. For beginners and improvers. Price is £4 per session, with discount for a whole term. Who? Firm Believers come in all shapes, size and ages. We are a friendly group who work out weekly for fun, fitness and health. What to wear? Just bring trainers, or simply comfortable shoes, and a mat or a towel. The class is led by Fru Bird, an experienced and supportive teacher. No need to book, just turn up and give it a try.
